 FAQs

What quantity is required to place an order?

Because all design work and sewing is done in house, we will embroider one item to thousands depending on your needs.  Screenprinting on the other hand has a minimum of 48 pieces for production.

Who do  we embroider for?

We gladly embroider/screen-print for churches, companies, country clubs, events, schools, teams, baby showers, weddings and more.

Do you accept Tax Exempt Groups?

Yes, we do!  All you need to do is supply us with a tax exempt letter from your group or organization or a tax exempt form from your State for our records.

What is difference between monogramming, embroidery and applique?

Embroidery is using thread to create a design, logo or monogram on a garment or item.

Monogramming is using the first letter of your first, middle and last name for an individual or for couples the first letter of (her name, Last name, and his name).  Both can be stitched in many different fonts.  See personalization tab for options.  Embroidery is stitching a graphic design, logo, name or monogram all in thread.

Applique is embroidery with the use of an additional fabric to reduce stitch count on the finished product.  The cut fabric piece is applied to the finish garment by a satin, zig zag or bean stitch. A great example are Greek letters used for fraternities and sororities.

How are items priced?

All of our items purchased through too CREATIVE include a monogram or logo up to 8,000 stitches.  Stitches are priced at $1 per thousand for additional stitches or for items you may supply us with.  Our minimum price is $9.95.  Digitizing ( converting your artwork to a format that our equipment can read and stitch) cost start at $95 depending on complexity of the design.

What format does artwork need to be?

We accept .ai, .eps, .cdr or .jpeg as last resort. If you have a digitized format already for your logo, we will gladly use but not guarantee the stitch quality.  Remember, your finished product is only as good as your artwork provided.

What is your return policy?

Due to the fact that all orders are custom creations, we do NOT accept return unless there is a manufacturers defect in the garment.  A proof will be provided for your approval prior to stitching/printing to eliminate errors.

What are your shop hours?

Our production shop is open Monday-Friday from 10-4pm, but we are here until 5pm and by appointment only on the weekends.

What form of payment do we accept?

We accept Cash or Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express).  Our credit cards are processed through Square using a contactless/chip reader. Information required to process your credit card purchase include name on card, credit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing zip code.  Information is not stored for future purchases.

Do we personalize product supplied by the customer?

Yes we will be happy to personalize your items, but need to mention that equipment can occasionally cause an irreplaceable mistake to occur. ( We call that machine eating!) Although infrequent, it does happen and your item can not be replaced. We will offer credit for the embroidery but not for the actual item, hence we prefer to embellish product we provide.
